Grade Supervisor not able to select class or make comments in comments register

Symptoms

A grade supervisor is not able to write comments but able to select a class

Resolution

Ensure the teacher is assigned as a grade supervisor on the system. To assign a teacher as a grade supervisor do the following:

1. Login as an administrator or principal to web Application or Remote App
2. Select Manage or Maintain > User Accounts
3. Locate the teacher account and select edit
4. At grade level, input or select the grade level that the teacher supervises and click save

Cause

Prevents a grades supervisor from making comments or selecting a class from the dropdown list in comment register
