New for HODs: Access and View Your Department's Classrooms

As a Head of Department (HOD) or Academic Supervisor, supporting your team is a top priority. To help you do this, we've introduced a new feature that gives you access to your department members' classrooms.

What's New

In your "Roles" group on the main classroom page, you will now see classrooms for the teachers you supervise. Clicking on one of these classrooms will give you read-only access to:

• Classwork: View all assignments, materials, and announcements posted by the teacher.
• Members: See the full student roster for the class.
• Feeds: Review the class discussion and announcements.

This access allows you to monitor class activity, provide better guidance to your teachers, and stay aligned with the curriculum without having to be manually added to every single class.
