Classroom Scheduling Made Visual & Simple

We haven't just changed how you see the schedule; we've revolutionized how you create it.

Gone are the days of using clunky dropdowns to add one class at a time. We've replaced that with a fast, intuitive, and visual scheduling grid.

How It Works

When you click "Define Schedule" on a classroom card, you'll see a new grid.

• Simply "Paint" Your Schedule: Click any cell to mark that period as "scheduled" for the class.
• Multi-Period Classes are Easy: Click two or three periods in a row (e.g., Period 1 and Period 2) to create a double or triple period. The system automatically calculates the span for you.
• Built-in Conflict Detection: This is the best part! The grid knows the teacher's full schedule.
  • Slots for the class you're editing appear in green.
  • Slots already taken by another one of the teacher's classes are marked in yellow/red and are disabled.
• Hover for Info: Not sure what that conflict is? Just hover your mouse over the occupied slot to see exactly which class is scheduled there.

This new grid makes building a complex teacher schedule faster, easier, and error-free.
