Can I add multiple students to a single note? Yes, you can add multiple students to a single note. When creating or editing a note, tap on the "Students involved" field to open a window where you can select multiple students involved in the note.

How do I search for a specific note? To search for a specific note, tap the finder icon in the Notes section and enter relevant keywords related to the note you are looking for.

Can I filter notes based on the sanctions applied? Yes, you can filter notes using the sanction filter. This allows you to display notes with specific sanctions applied, such as demerit, detention, expelled, suspension, probation, order mark, and others.

How do I edit or delete an existing note? To edit or delete a note, swipe right on the note in the list view. This will reveal options with edit and delete icons. Tap the edit icon to modify the note or the delete icon to remove the note. You will be prompted to confirm before deleting a note.

Can I add witnesses and injured students to an incident note? Yes, if the note type is "incident," you will have the option to add witnesses and injured students. Tap on the respective fields to open a window where you can select multiple witnesses and injured students.

How do I update the status of a note? To update the status of a note, edit the note by swiping right and tapping the edit icon. Then, select the desired status (closed, in progress, pending, reopened, reported, or resolved) from the drop-down menu and tap "Save."

Is there a limit to the number of notes I can create in the app? There is no specific limit to the number of notes you can create in the MySchool app. You can continue to add notes as needed to manage your school effectively.

Can I attach images, videos, or documents to a note? Yes, thanks to the rich textbox provided when creating or editing a note, you can insert images and videos directly into the note. This allows you to provide visual context and additional information related to the incident or situation. However, attaching separate document files is not supported in the current version of the MySchool app.

Is the Notes feature available on both iOS and Android devices? Yes, the MySchool app, including the Notes feature, is available on both iOS and Android devices. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store accordingly.
