Not able to print to my local printer from Remote App (Complete SMS Version 10)

Symptoms

Print jobs are not being sent to local printer and the printer is properly connected and able to print a test page

Resolution

Install the Terminal Works Print Client available in the link below or here.

Our Remote Desktop Servers (RDS) now uses Terminal Works Print server which will better detect and manage any printer installed on the local PC that you use to access Complete SMS Version 10.

This means you are now required to install the Terminal Works Print Client available at this link for download.

Cause

Windows often have issues when redirecting your locally installed printer and sometimes crashes the print spooler.
