Google Classroom integration allows you to link your SMS data directly with Google Classroom. Teachers can create, manage, and access their Google Classrooms directly from the SMS interface without needing to juggle multiple platforms. This integration supports a more streamlined workflow, where classroom information, including student rosters and course details, is synchronized between SMS and Google Classroom.

How to Use Google Classroom Integration
To leverage this new feature, follow the steps below:

Access the Feature:

Navigate to the 'Classrooms' section in your teacher dashboard.
- Find the class you want to manage with Google Classroom.
- Click on the action menu represented by three vertical dots (⋮) located at the end of the class row, here you will see an option to 'Manage with Google Classroom'

For Existing Google Classrooms:

When linked the Google Classroom logo is displayed on the classroom card. Click on the 'Manage with Google Classroom' link. If the classroom is already linked, it will open directly in a new tab.

If not linked, you will be prompted to log in to Google and grant permissions to sync data.

For New Google Classrooms:

For classes not yet created in Google Classroom, clicking 'Manage with Google Classroom' will start the process of creating a new classroom.

Follow the prompts to specify classroom details and confirm creation.

Managing Rosters:

Once a classroom is linked, adding or removing students in SMS will automatically update the Google Classroom roster.

Inviting Students:

Students will receive email invitations to join the newly created or synced Google Classroom. Ensure student email addresses are up-to-date in SMS to facilitate this process.
