Give someone an item bank role

Role	Can
Author	Write practice questions and send them for review
Reviewer	Also approve, send back or retire other people’s questions, and import question files
Lead	Also load curricula and manage contributors for MySchool Learn

School administrators and principals

Go to Manage › User Accounts and open a staff account (teacher, administrator or principal).
In MySchool Learn item bank, choose Author or Reviewer.
Optionally type the subjects they cover, separated by commas (for example Mathematics, Language Arts). Leave it blank for all subjects.
Click Set. It applies straight away and doesn’t need the account’s Save.

To remove someone, choose Not a contributor and click Set. Only a Lead can make someone a Lead.

Leads can also manage everyone from Practice Item Bank › Contributors.
