The Mastery tab shows how secure each child is on every curriculum skill, and which skills you’ve taught that haven’t landed yet.
- Open a classroom and tap Mastery (after Lesson Plan).
- If it asks Which practice curriculum is this class on?, pick the subject and grade and tap Show.
The summary cards
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Practising this week | Children who answered at least one question in the last 7 days |
| Objectives practised | Curriculum skills the class has started |
| Taught, not landing | Skills ticked as covered in your lesson plans where the class average is under 60%: your reteach list |
| Weakest overall | The skills the class finds hardest |
The grid
- One row per child, one column per skill, coloured from Needs work to Mastered.
- A blue ring means the skill is due for review for that child.
- The bottom row is the class average.
- Filter by unit, or show only Taught, Practised or Below 60%.
- Tap a square to see that child’s last 25 answers on the skill.
Tip: a child at Getting started has fewer than 3 answers on that skill, so it’s too early to judge.
